Participants – soloists, duets, trios, collectives, can apply for one or more nominations. Vocalists perform the songs - accompanied by a phonogram or a musical instrument of their choice. The background vocal is allowed only partially, not covering the solo part. The soloist's part must not overlap with the backing vocals or the accompanying instrument.
The song must not be longer than 3.40 minutes.
1 song in the selected nomination must be performed. Can participate in several nominations for an additional fee.
The winners of the 2025 Grand Prix cannot participate in the 2026 competition in their age category.
Age groups and time of perfomance:
- Young Musicians: 7 to 10 years old – till 5 minutes ( one or two pieces)
- Musicians: 11 to 13 years old – till 10 minutes (one or two pieces)
- Musicians: 14 to 18 years old – 12 minutes ( one or two pieces)
- Musicians up 18 years old- till 13 min ( one or two pieces)
Repertoire requirements. Participants may choose one or two pieces from any of the following category:

THE GRADING SYSTEM IS OPEN AND LIVE
• 95-99 - 1st Laureate
• 90-94 - 2nd Laureate
• 85-89 - 3rd Laureate
• 80-84 - Graduands
• 75-79 - Participants
• 100 - Grand Prix nominees
The decision to award the Grand Prix will be made on a point-by-point basis, in the event of a dispute, by the general decisions of the jury. If different contestants in the same nomination collect a similar number of points, the chairman of the jury has the right to vote again. The decision of the jury is correct and cannot be challenged.

Expenses related to the arrival and stay of the participants shall be borne by them.
The organizers of the festival have the right to make videos and photographs, store, use and record during the competition.
The competition will be broadcast live on YouTube channel TALLINN VOICE and will be professionally filmed with 5 cameras.
Org. the commission has the right to terminate the acceptance of applications before the deadline if the number of participants in the nominations has been exhausted.
The organizers may make changes to the competition guide and rules.
